Standard Fee: The Standard fee applies to areas which are approximately within a 4-mile radius of the pet sitter's home. We currently have pet sitters based in the following areas: Mickleover, Littleover, Hilton, Chellaston, West Hallam, Spondon, Chaddesden, Oakwood, Central Derby, and Hartshorne.

Occasionally we may be able to take bookings for other areas, please contact us for details.

Diabetics: Due to the specific timings involved, and the need for additional back up cover, visits to diabetics are charged at a higher rate.

Bank Holidays: Please note that Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday are charged at twice the standard fee.

All other Bank Holidays are charged at one and a half times the standard fee.
